2. Cleaning of the barrel, screw and accessories

In order to make the pressure drop and easy demoulding, the runner should be round, and the diameter should be 6-10mm according to the product size and weight.
4. The mold temperature should be installed with cooling water control, so that the mold temperature can be controlled between 30°C and 60°C.
5. The mold should be bright and chrome-plated to prevent corrosion.

1. The screw length-to-diameter ratio should be 20:1, and the compression ratio should be between 1:1.6-1:1.2.

3. The injection pressure, speed, back pressure and temperature can be controlled in multiple stages and finely.
